Great people here at proline, they are very accommodating and informative about products and install. I took my E39 BMW M5 in for stereo upgrade and speakers and a lot of other stuff. I agreed to everything that was being billed to me and was promised a great end result<br><br>The stereo install and speakers was all flawless. Everything works as it should crystal clear & very satisfied with the audio quality and such.<br><br>The reason for my 2 star rating is because I made a great effort to come down 3 hours to have this work performed & trusted them to do a nice clean job. As a business owner myself I understand when it’s getting late and employees need to leave. But doing 90% good job and 10% is super bad, it leaves a bad taste.<br><br>The only issues I had was my whole roof and trunk was scratched from putting stuff and dragging it (my car is paint corrected and ceramic coated). I had about 50 fingerprint marks everywhere. The interior had all the droppings and debris from the work. My passenger side door (which in 2 years of owning it) was not working. The trunk has a huge circle drilled out and was covered with some weird tape not sure. My trunk wiring looks like it was done by a backyard shop. It’s not something I would want to show off to others when recommending audio work.<br><br>In all, great people, very knowledgeable. Shop is beautiful. Most of the work performed was great no complaints at all. Speaker work was super clean. Just the small details that are super inconvenient even though it’s not a Ferrari or anything, attention to detail and that extra touch of just doing a nice job was missing for me.<br><br>Update: they gave me back $400

Be very careful with this store. They do the job wrong (They leave errors in your car - airbag). They left my windows tints full of bubbles. If you bring them your own products, they install different / cheaper products without telling you. They get angry because I realized that they stole a product from me the “master idatalink” and I had to go for 3 consecutive weeks to have it returned to me. Their prices are exaggeratedly high. Look for another option, this option is not the right one.

Had the install the intellihaul 3.0 trailing camera kit from GM on my 2025 Silverado and they did an amazing job everything works great and the install is professional and neat. Dee was a pleasure to work with and I will do be doing more to my truck my them in the future
