I stopped by there shop because I had just noticed that I had a tire that desperately needed air and went inside to ask if the could help me. Now I know im not a paying customer at this point and never will be now but I was told that they couldnt because " they would have to get a air hose all the way out there first front bay door and that Kwik trip wad right down the road. Thankfully kwik trip was only a mile away, there was 7 lbs of pressure in tire.<br><br>The excuse that they would have to run an air hose all the way outside just sounds ridiculous. I have been in many professional business car mechanics shops and private shops to know that they always (from my experience anyway) that air hose length is not a problem to get out to in front of the bay doors.<br><br>The shop didnt look to have anything going on in it at the time I was there (2:30) and for a mechanic to send someone off with a known issue that would be so simple to fix. Wasn't even told it would cost 5 bucks or whatever. Just that they couldnt help and Kwik Trip was down the road.<br><br>Now if they do only have 15 feet of airhose I apologize for the misunderstanding, but he did say they would have to get the hose all the way outside so I tbink it was just plain laziness. I would have paid a fee if that's what he wanted but after he said that I was kind of shocked and just turned and walked out.<br><br>0 stars for business<br>5 stars for laziness.<br><br>"All the way outside" he said.

I got a flat just down the road and called them to see if they could squeeze me in quickly mid day to patch my tire up. They got me in and I was in and out in legit minutes! Super friendly staff and great prices for a unscheduled fix! Thanks guys!!
