On the way to Mall of America, from Illinois, my car died and we had to have it towed back to Illinois. I put a tow request in through AAA and within 10 minutes Craig was calling me to tell me he will be over at the repair shop we dropped it off at, to pick it up to be towed back. He was at my house within a couple of hours with me car (we got a ride back with a friend). Craig worked very efficiently and was very kind.

I’m visiting my family up in Wisconsin for Christmas and I slid on black ice into a small ditch The lady I called was extremely rude. I’m talking about extremely rude and not only did she have giggles on the phone, but she had one of the most smart Alec customer service responses I’ve ever had in my life not only that they left me in the ditch because they said an hour was too far to drive out. So thanks for leaving me out here in the ditch. I guess they don’t service people that live out in the country. It literally was only an hour drive. I was willing to pay anything that lady who answered the phone wow really sad And surprised they’re getting any business
