Whoever was on sales duty Dec 10, 2025, man that guys a business killer. I called for parts, he was rude, hung up on me once, then proceeded to hang up on all the calls after. I then tried contacting accounting for help with that, after explaining my situation, they hung up as well. My last experience with them was ok, but this time, I don't think I'm buying from you guys again.

Had some struts/shocks drop shipped from these people and the boxes for the struts were all torn up and they didn't even bother to use some tape before packing the order. The shipping box was undamaged so obviously we know the story here. Geez. I'll never do business with Shock Warehouse again.
