Asked for a larger trash bin. They say they are delivering one day the dont come. I call again and they give another day, dont come. I have called the day they are supposed to pick up to confirm, they confirm, they don't come.<br>This has been happening for a month.<br><br>01/14 update: I emailed customer support and they said that it will be delivered today. I called in the morning and they said it will be delivered today. I called at 4:30pm and was told that it is still out for delivery today and that they will text when they have delivered. I STILL HAVE THE SAME TRASH BIN!!!!<br><br>Please do not believe that emailing them helps anything. It is now 5 weeks since my request. I had better not get a bill for a large bin that still has not shown up.<br><br>Is there a place I can drop the bin off and pick up a new one?

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS, I WOULD.<br><br>Very UNRELIABLE trash company. They keep missing my trash pickup even though I pay my bill on time every month. I’ve watched them collect trash from other houses in the neighborhood, but for some reason, they keep skipping mine. After several weeks without pickup, my bins were overflowing and it became a serious sanitation issue.<br><br>I contacted the company multiple times requesting a pickup, but they still never showed up. It got so bad that I had to load the disgusting, smelly trash into my own car and take it to the dump myself, which left my car stinking and filthy.<br><br>If I could switch trash companies, I absolutely would. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Lol. Instead of automatically refunding all customers that were not serviced due to the recent work stoppage, Republic asks people to call them, be on hold for at least half an hour, before reaching a live representative who can submit a retroactive request for a refund! Absolutely unethical.
