Absolutely horrible customer service. Jessica at the front office was extremely rude and unprofessional. All I asked for was an explanation, and instead of providing a clear answer, she was dismissive and disrespectful. Thankfully, the driver, Jimmy, took the time to explain the situation and was polite and helpful — which is all I was asking for in the first place. Because of Jessica’s behavior, you’ve lost our business.

This is what they do to rip people off and have you spend more money! Read the other reviews. They are disgusting. Beware when doing business with this company.
