Car city is by far the smoothest, professional and good price mechanic shops in houston tx and that I’ve been in dealings with in years , same the front desk associate is very communicative, understanding, and helpful with any issues you may have , I haven’t seen or spoke to any of the mechanics much but I think that’s a plus because that means they’re actually doing their job and from my experience they’re top tier mechanics! I’d recommend this shop to anyone in need of the services they provide ! Also the restroom is spotless!

My co-worker Zoe recommended I speak to Sam about my car. I was helped by Sam and Kevin. After i told them I had been up since 5a due to work. Sam went the extra mile and picked up my car parts so I didn't have a long wait.
