I was at OReilly’s on Ten Mile yesterday to see if I could get someone information about the check engine light that was on in my car after changing the battery. Today I went to O’Reilly’s to get transmission fluid for my Ford focus so that I could drain and fill it to replace old fluid. While there I also asked for spark plugs. Later after getting home and going to work on the vehicle to replace the things that I had just bought parts for, I discovered that everything they sold me was wrong for my vehicle and actually could’ve caused irreparable damage to my vehicle. How do I not been somebody that was mechanically? Inclined knew what I was looking at I would’ve put this stuff in my vehicle and ruined the transmission. Please be aware of this location as they do not know what they are doing.
