Last night, my car got stuck in a ditch, and I was having a very terrible day. The company owner who showed up was empathetic to my situation so much that he gave me a very big break on the price. He also took the time to really make sure that he minimized the damage to my car. He really cares. I am very thankful and I will recommend this company to anyone. Excellent service!

There are very few Tow companies in the DFW area with a 5 star rating. When my battery died, I did a Google search for a tow service and when I saw the consistent 5 stars I didn't hesitate to call. Customer Service is all about how you treat people and I can honestly say I couldn't have been treated better. The driver even offered not to charge me full price because my tow drop off was only a half mile away. Things like that along with great customer service I appreciate deeply. If I need a tow again, I know who to call.
