I was at this establishment before the closing time and the door was locked. They didn’t even acknowledged me but shooed me away as if they were telling me to go. I will never come back here

This store has terrible customer service. I tried to return a part they sold me that didn’t fit my car, which I purchased yesterday with cash. They told me I couldn’t return it because the box was torn open. I had the receipt and all the parts that came in the box. The box itself was just a paper box that can easily get damaged, and I was confused about how to open a paper box without tearing it. It’s not like they would resell the box. I can't wait to speak with the manager here, or even escalate the issue to the higher management if necessary. This place is bad for business.

Arrived at 4:56 to find the door locked and employees looking at me refusing open the door even though the hours are clearly printed on the door stating that they close at 5pm on Saturdays.<br><br>I'll never be back to this store. Horrible service.
