I had to call Roadside Assistance this afternoon—older car problems—when my doors locked unexpectedly with my keys and purse inside.<br><br>Based on a past experience (where no one ever showed up and I never even got a call), I was bracing for a long, frustrating wait.<br><br>Instead, I was pleasantly surprised! Kiefer Automotive Group Towing (Howell/Brighton) texted me within minutes and arrived in less than 30.<br><br>Ray was upbeat, professional, and polite—and had me smiling while he had my door open in under a minute.<br><br>Kiefer has definitely earned my support. Highly recommend!

Kiefer Towing and Collision – Took $1,450 for Unsafe, Inadequate Repairs<br><br>I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Kiefer Towing and Collision and feel obligated to warn others.<br><br>They took $1,450 from me to repair my Dodge Journey SUV, despite knowing that the vehicle was not truly repaired and not safe for the road. Their sole focus appeared to be the visible collision repair, with no concern for whether the vehicle was mechanically sound or safe to drive when released.<br><br>I drove the vehicle only 14 miles before it broke down again.<br><br>I then took the SUV to Spartan Tire, a repair shop I have trusted for years. After inspecting the vehicle, they informed me that the repairs performed by Kiefer Towing and Collision were inadequate, improperly done, and would need to be completely redone to make the vehicle roadworthy.<br><br>This situation was not just inconvenient—it was dangerous. Allowing a vehicle to leave the shop in an unsafe condition, after taking full payment, shows a serious lack of responsibility and regard for customer safety.<br><br>I paid a substantial amount of money and was left with a vehicle that failed almost immediately and required additional repairs elsewhere. That is unacceptable.<br><br>Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Kiefer Towing and Collision. If you value your safety, your money, and honest workmanship, I strongly suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere.

My ford suddenly shut own on me off of 96&59. Called ford assistance and they arranged for Kiefer to tow my vehicle. Kiefer called me to inform me they were on their way. Very short wait time and a pleasant young man to assist who towed my vehicle to.closest dealership. Friendly and kept me informed. Thank you Kiefer for helping a woman in distress! I am so appreciative of your kindness and quick helpfulness.
