scammers(company actual name is A1 towing, posing as Brooklyn tow company plus sent a separate company truck).. made me wait over four hours to send the wrong flatbed truck causing damage to my front axles and brakes. I explained on first call that I needed a short truck with skates for rear. After wrong truck, They hung up the phone and left my car on the road stranded saying these things happen.

Calls to "The Brooklyn Towing Company" ring here instead. They quoted 60-90 minutes to pick up my disabled car. I was waiting over 2 hours on the shoulder before they admitted they didn't have a truck available. Shady operation. Avoid.
