In trucking things happen… was lucky enough to find these guys. Drove up to them. They were very professional and prompt with their service. The parts delivery/ availability keep in mind is not in their control. They swapped the turbo, and got me back on the road.<br>Several days later i had another incident, related to the same issue on the road and they got me to their shop and fixed me right up.<br>I would highly recommend anyone in the area. If u break down on the road,even if at night, it is worth waiting for them to open in the morning. Coz i have had only bad experiences with road side service.<br>Honest and reliable. Thank you team Don Oralls in binghamton. Mark worked on my truck, one amazing guy. To the office staff that helped me, sorry i forgot ur names.<br>God bless you all and thank your services.

Our bus broke down on 81 around 10pm. The staff could not have been more accommodating. They jumped on our bus first thing in the morning and we were rolling by 11am. If we break down again I hope it’s in your neighborhood<br><br>Thanks Doug

During the night, at a truck stop, my tire deflated because the valve broke. We were 0.3 miles away from them and decided to go there because it wasn’t busy, and I was in a hurry for a delivery. The girl working there checked the issue, said it was just the valve that needed replacing, and assured me it would be done in 15 minutes so I could continue my trip.<br><br>She worked on the tire in front of the truck while we watched from inside. She attached the tire to the air hose to inflate it and went somewhere else (the air hose didn’t have a PSI gauge). After 5 minutes, since she left the tire inflating unsupervised, the tire exploded (it’s worth noting that tires should never be left unattended during inflation, especially not for that long).<br><br>I got out of the truck to see what was going on, and the worker told me the tire was damaged, even though the original issue was just the valve. Long story short, they charged me $500 for a new trailer tire (you can see it in the photo), which burst due to the worker’s mistake. In the end, another worker and the boss said I should have gone to Loves or TA.<br><br>All in all, I came to get my tire inflated and the valve replaced, but I ended up missing my delivery and paying $500. If there were an option for zero stars, I’d give them that.
