I dont know about repair facilities, but their towing service was good and satisfied!!! David arranged it,and Dennis towed it, had great experience!!! Now that was for longer distance price was great!!!,tried to get quote for short tow and that was much more expensive then competition...but definitely appreciate great job !!!

I brought my truck in for power lost. They charged me 280 to diagnose the problem and told me that it was a boost leak. They then charged me another 280 to fix the boost leak and to recheck. They charged me another 75 for the two clamps. That didn't fix the problem so they charged me a additional 280 to check the fuel system. That wasn't the problem neither. They then GAVE me a estimate saying That I need to change my fan clutch and belt, my thermostat, and I need to put 6 injectors in. Which came up to 10000 dollars. NOW THIS IS WHERE I TOLD THEM TO GIVE MY TRUCK BACK BECAUSE I JUST PAID THEM OVER 5000 TO PUT 6 NEW INJECTORS AND CUPS IN THIS SAME TRUCK NOT EVEN 6 MONTHS AGO!!. They told me that it will take a couple minutes to put my truck back together. Then they came out and told me that they couldn't put my belt back on the fan clutch that they took off which had nothing to do with what I brought my truck in for. They then charged me 100 for a belt and then CHARGED ME 140 TO PUT THE BELT ON!!! I TOLD THEM YALL HAD NO BUSSINESS TOUCHING MY FAN BELT. IF I DIDN'T PAY THE 240 THEY WAS GOING TO GIVE ME MY TRUCK BACK WITH OUT A BELT!! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN..

Came here last October for def tank coolant lines that were leaking. They put them on backwards and my def system has been getting clogged from crystallization ever since. I’ve spent thousands on repairs since then because of this issue. I also remember them charging $800 to fix these 2 lines. I just found out today by the Mack shop that the lines were crossed. Truly at a loss for words
