I had a wonderful experience at Interstate Mauldin. My car battery had died, and since it was still under warranty, I brought it in to be checked. The team provided me with a loaner battery overnight, which was such a relief. When I returned the next day, Rudy, the General Manager, went above and beyond—not only installing my battery but also taking the time to explain what might have caused the issue in the first place. Running a group 31 deep cycle to power my 3 units on my bass boat, great for about 9 months<br>Now after being fully charged the voltage will be down to 10.5 after 4 hours. All my units will alarm for low voltage. Had them check the battery, charged for over 24 hours and lost tested, tell me it's good. Also said they could not pull amperage like I do, but it's good. So basically no warranty for a bad battery. Getting ready to order a replacement for my battery that's under warranty. Have 4 interstate batteries in my boat, 2 over 4 years old with no issues. Time to find a company that backs their products.
