Malik was amazing! It was icy weather and I had been trying to find someone to jump start my battery through my insurance for the past 6 1/2 hours with no resolution, 4 different tow companies cancelled my service order due to the weather so I took the issue on my own and contacted Forney Towing. Malik was super fast to get there and jump started my battery within like 3 minutes. He was very professional, kind, super fast and he had no idea what a blessing it was for him to come out late in the evening and on the icy road conditions to help me. Just amazing! Highly recommend!

During a severe ice storm, I became stuck in deep mud on County Road 261 in Crandall, TX. My GPS had taken me down what appeared to be a road, but it turned out not to be one. It was around 11:00 PM, pitch dark, and the conditions were extremely unsafe. I contacted roadside assistance and multiple towing companies, but none were willing to help due to the dangerous road conditions and the risk of their own equipment getting stuck. I was told repeatedly that it couldn’t be done, so I was forced to wait until the next morning with no help in sight. Out of options, I searched Google and found Forney Towing LLC. I called, and to my surprise, they arrived within 30 minutes. Malik Awad personally came out and assessed the situation. Even though my car was roughly 200 yards off the road, deep in mud, he brought his personal four-wheel-drive truck to get me out safely. Not only did Malik handle an extremely difficult recovery during terrible weather, but he also worked with me on the price and showed genuine care and concern for my situation. While he is a professional who deserves to be paid, it was clear he wasn’t just about the money — he truly wanted to help. His attitude, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful and scary situation feel manageable. Malik Awad was truly a hero. What felt like one of the worst car situations of my life was resolved because of his dedication and kindness. I highly recommend Forney Towing LLC to anyone in need.
