I’m chiming in to provide kudos to the Out East Towing, which provided superb services at my time of need. They were prompt in getting to me and exhibit professionalism. I felt really confident in allowing them to handle my vehicle. They took the time and sent a photo of where they discreetly and safely insert my keys as well as a photo of my vehicle at the designated location. I had a great experience with Out East Towing in Dallas. They were very professional from start to finish, gave me a ride, and even helped get my car into a shop so it could be fixed quickly and get me back on the road. Couple of positive things with this company & staff:<br>1. We called for towing our car to 20 miles away. AAA told we get help in 45 minutes.<br>2. Mr Carlos from United Towing arrived in just 7 minutes.<br>3. Mr Carlos knowledgeable, friendly and made my life easy.<br>4. He fixed the flat tire instead of towing which is a hassle for me even though I have towing privileges'. I have saved couple of hours today.<br><br>I recommend to every one.
