WARNING – STAY AWAY!<br><br>This place is running a predatory towing scam. We parked in the plaza to eat, and when we returned the next day to go to another restaurant in the same plaza, they towed our car within minutes. Employees even said the owner watches people through cameras and tows cars on purpose if you don’t immediately walk into a store. They literally wait and target people to make money.<br><br>Our car was gone with no ticket, no notice, no explanation, and no paperwork at all. We were forced to pay $280 in cash to get the car back. The tow lot was in an extremely unsafe area, and they told us the exact minute we stepped off the property — which means they were watching us the entire time. This is not normal towing; this is harassment and a trap.<br><br>This place operates like a mafia-style scam, preying on customers so they can tow and collect money. Avoid this plaza and their towing company at all costs. Do not park here, do not shop here, and do not support a business that mistreats people like this.

The owner and his team target unsuspecting drivers, tow cars without warning, and demand unreasonable payments in an aggressive and intimidating way.<br><br>We parked our car and when we came back, it was gone with no notice or warning. There were no visible signs or tickets left behind. Later, we found out it had been taken by a nearby towing company that charged $280 in cash or $290 by credit card, even though their own sign said $250.<br><br>When I asked for a ticket or any paperwork, the man rudely said there was no ticket while smoking a cigarette in my face. He was aggressive, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about treating people with any respect.<br><br>We had to walk through a dark, unsafe neighborhood in the middle of the night with our 4-year-old child to reach the lot. The whole experience felt threatening and unsafe.<br><br>This is not a legitimate operation. It’s set up to take advantage of people and scare them into paying. We were just relieved to get our car back, but the experience was deeply upsetting.<br><br> Avoid this plaza at all costs.<br> Report them if you can. No one should go through this.

We eventually discovered it had been taken by a nearby towing company that charged us $280 in cash, despite a sign stating $250.<br><br>To make things worse, we were forced to walk through a dark, unfamiliar neighborhood late at night The entire situation felt unsafe, intimidating, and deeply concerning.<br><br>Based on this experience, I strongly believe this plaza and the towing practices connected to it should be reviewed and investigated by the proper authorities. I will ensure this action takes place.<br><br>EDIT: Earlier I wrote the owner smoked, I was incorrect, but I stand by the stench of weed all over the area. There were individuals on site smoking and it was very difficult to breath in that air.
