I would like to share my recent experience at BMW of Alexandria concerning the exceptional service I received. I went to the dealership to get my X3 serviced and was promptly welcomed by Jason, the service advisor. He efficiently addressed my service needs and asked if I would be interested in viewing the new BMW X3. Since I was waiting, I thought, "Why not?" I asked for a sales advisor, and Karen came over with a wonderful smile. She engaged me in a discussion about the new X3 and suggested I take it for a test drive. I was impressed by her sales acumen as she addressed my reservations and presented attractive options that aligned with my budget. In just three hours, I arrived with an old vehicle and departed with a beautiful new car that I truly love. My experience at BMW of Alexandria was outstanding, and I want to commend both Jason and Karen for their professionalism. Thank you for delivering such excellent service.

I only recommend BMW of Alexandria because of Mr. Gian Carlos Sabino and Mr. Dustin Aliano. This is my first luxury car and I really thought it was out of my league. They made me feel comfortable, answered all of my silly questions, and didn’t look at me funny when I got really excited about some of the features of the X6. lol. But seriously these two are true professionals and I would not have the car today if it wasn’t for these two gentlemen. I am glad that I was able to work with them and I hope I can continue to work with them in the future.
