It’s really as good as the ratings suggest. I came in as a new customer for an oil change and left feeling like I caught up with an old friend. That is the quality of customer service here. Tom has such an honest and admirable character. I came here because my Toyota dealership was the opposite experience (not even sure they do half the services I pay for). I’ll be bringing all my vehicles back here.<br><br>I brought my 2026 Toyota Landcruiser in for a break-in early oil change. Great price. In at 7:30 am, out at 8:44, $84.99. First come first serve on a Saturday.

Tom at K&B is a true gentleman and I hope he never retires because I would cry.<br><br>I brought my car to him for a tune up and mentioned that it’s my first and I’m not much of a car expert, but I sure would like to know how to keep her running, and he explained everything in easy-to-understand detail.<br><br>The pricing was very reasonable and Tom was very transparent about what needed done, even gave me a to-do list of things that will need service in the future, again with an easy-to-understand explanation as to why.<br><br>As a last note, Tom’s just a super friendly guy and always answers the phone with a great attitude!
