I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Georgetown Auto was so outstanding that I felt it deserved one.<br><br>I brought my 2016 Audi S5 in for emergency maintenance, and to my surprise, not only was the turnaround quick, but the service itself was exceptional. Bobby and his team went above and beyond, keeping me informed every step of the way, making sure all my concerns were addressed, and treating me like more than just another customer.<br><br>The prices were fair, the staff was genuinely friendly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find a shop that delivers both quality work and excellent customer care, but Georgetown Auto truly does. I’ll definitely be back for all my future maintenance needs.

My daughter had the best experience at Georgetown Auto in Alexandria. They were honest, kind, and only fixed what actually needed to be fixed. The local Toyota dealer told her she needed a new water pump and quoted her over $900. She took the car to Georgetown Auto for a second opinion, and they told her nothing was wrong — the pump looked brand new.<br><br>Georgetown Auto was honest, professional, and their kindness meant the world to us. I was so impressed with their integrity and would highly recommend their services. It’s rare to find a mechanic who truly puts people first, and they absolutely do.

BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! As a single lady, I get nervous about getting the run around from mechanic shops, but lucky for me, my dad made sure I knew a little something about it. I have an old Jeep, been to a few other places, and the right work was just not getting done but the price tag was astronomical. I was referred to Bobby and Georgetown Auto by several friends so I brought my Jeep in for them to take a look. Not only were they 100% honest with me, they knew my vehicle and talked to me about it. I asked all my questions and they took the time to answer. They even helped me with pointing out what the other shop should have done, and was still responsible to do under parts warranty. I am a life time customer because not only is the work they do correct, but they genuinely care that it is done right and safely. They didn’t treat me like some uneducated customer, they listened to my concerns and really explained to me exactly what was happening when honestly no other shops could figure it out. THIS PLACE IS EXCEPTIONAL. I’m a life long customer now
