This Advance Auto Parts accepts old oil for disposal.<br><br>Unfortunately, I had to wait over 10 minutes for service as no one was behind the counter or in the store.<br><br>Overall the store was clean, well-stocked and had a large free parking lot.

I recently had an outstanding experience at the Advance Auto Parts on Duke Street in Alexandria, VA, and it definitely deserves a five-star review. The moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and were quick to offer help without being pushy. I had questions about a battery issue, and one of the employees took the time to explain the differences between several options and even checked my old battery to confirm the problem. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about getting me the right part rather than just making a sale. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, so I found everything I needed in one trip.
