Never had a AAA tow arrive on scene so fast. Nelson (?) was a maestro with the truck. Had busted a tie rod so couldn’t steer. He got one wheel on the truck, hopped in the cab, zoop zoop, we’re loaded. Great communication, super fast. Thanks guys.

Great service. They showed up fast and handled everything professionally. The driver was super friendly and made the whole situation way less stressful. Definitely appreciate the help.

I waited for hours for the Metro Motors driver. AAA told me the driver was 20 minutes from my location, but I had to call AAA again when nobody showed up for an hour. That sequence happened 3 times (driver was supposed to be 20 minutes away but never showed or called). After 3 hours of waiting, I heard that the Metro Motors driver claimed I was not at the vehicle when he showed up. That's a lie, and anyway, he was supposed to call when he was a few minutes away. If you look up other reviews you'll see that this is a familiar pattern for Metro Motors. They decide they don't want to tow and then lie about it. I will never use them!
