My experience was from a year or two ago. Randomly thought of it again so I checked in on the reviews and after reading what others have to say figured it’d be worth putting mine out there. Like many others I got towed from the Red Arrow parking lot which is in no way what so ever clearly marked. When I called they acted like I was inconveniencing them by paying them $225 to get my car back. I’m not a super confrontational guy but when I got there the son was extremely disrespectful. I matched his energy and he started getting in my face and extremely aggressive. When the lady I was with pulled out her phone to record this psychopath immediately backed off. The dad came out and he wasn’t too bad, calmed his son down. I gave them my money and was on my way. Some unsolicited advice - just because he’s your kid doesn’t mean you need to employ him. One day he’s going to mouth off/get aggressive to the wrong person and get himself and your business in trouble. I wish I had made this post when it first happened, complained to regulatory agencies, and taken legal action. There is no doubt this company is predatory towing and breaking laws. I don’t know how they haven’t been shut down yet. And why do you only reply to your good reviews? Seems like a weird practice to ignore all of the negative ones.

Just made it home as one of the tires on my Suburban went flat. I have had several back surgeries and am unable to change the tires. I called AAA and they sent over performance towing. Keith showed up in less then 30 minutes He was a very polite young man. It happened to be a miserable night 1015 pm cold and raining. He took care of changing the tire and put the flat tire back where the spare tire is kept. He was very polite and professional. Thank you very much Keith for all your help. Stay safe out on the roads.

My car got wrecked in an accident and was towed here. The guys working the yard were friendly and helpful. When one of the bolts got stuck on my license plate, they were kind enough to help us remove it.
