MUST READ!!!!!!!!
Customer service over the phone has been extremely unprofessional. One of your drivers ran a red light on December 4th and totaled my van. When I called to request the correct information regarding the incident, the representative refused to provide it and also refused to give me her name.

At the scene, the driver who hit me was recorded yelling in my face to the point where bystanders had to intervene and tell him to back away. He claimed he “had the right of way even with a red light because his yellow blinking lights were on.” Both the responding officers and witnesses confirmed that this is not true. The driver was found to have pulled out into traffic almost hitting two other cars, then goes in the wrong lane and then ran the red light. I also had an undercover cop who saw the whole accident as well. These people are arrogant and not trained correctly. The cops agreed. This silly guy was on his way to an accident and caused another!!! This guy also said to the cops how he was in fact informed by other police men he is indeed allowed to run a red light; the cops informed him right back very kindly that no, no sir no one ever said that.

When I called the company, I was told that all supervisors were “on vacation with one-way tickets,” and that I would only hear back when they chose to contact me. This response is unacceptable. The representative then hung up on me.

I have the call recorded and can provide it if needed to show how this situation was handled.

UPDATE AS OF 12-15-2025!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THE GUY NEVER MADE THE REPORT!
this guy gave inaccurate information, which is on the police report, , but he got the wrong one this time! I also got a lawyer!
I personally filed the accident report, ensuring that all information provided to the insurance company was accurate and complete. I am in possession of the official police report and am willing to provide a copy with all identifying information redacted, clearly documenting what occurred.

What is most concerning is the lack of care and responsibility shown in this situation. Because of one reckless decision, my independence and ability to manage daily life were suddenly taken from me.

In response to the incident, I also sought medical attention through the emergency room and followed up with my primary care provider. These are the steps responsible adults take—addressing their health, documenting what occurred, and handling matters properly and promptly.

I am a college student and a parent to three children—ages 16, 12, and 7—who all attend different schools. The loss of my vehicle has meant the loss of reliable transportation for school drop-offs and pick-ups, attending classes, managing appointments, and fulfilling basic daily responsibilities. I have been forced to go without transportation entirely due to someone else’s carelessness.

With the holidays approaching, the financial impact has become even more overwhelming. Money that would normally be used for essential needs and holiday expenses for my children is now being spent trying to secure transportation. I have had to rely on others for rides, often accumulating IOUs just to keep up with daily responsibilities. This dependence has placed an additional financial and emotional burden on my family during an already difficult time.

This situation is not a minor inconvenience. It has had a direct and significant impact on my family’s stability, my education, and our day-to-day functioning, all as a result of a failure to act responsibly. I can only hope that accountability and responsibility are taken seriously moving forward.

Absolutely horrible business. They have their teenage daughter working as a receptionist and the people who do the towing have no idea what they are doing. They damaged my car and WILL damage yours too! The way they tow will damage your car 100%. If you have to willingly get your car towed DO NOT COME HERE. THEY ALSO OVERCHARGE! If YOU PAID MORE THAN $175 (I paid 200 something and it looks like so did everyone else) you are being overcharged and it is against Manchester city laws. Please do not let these corrupt clueless men tow your car, take your business elsewhere where; your car will thank you in the long run.

They have a contract with my apartment complex to tow irregular cars. My car was not violating any rules, but still got towed.
When I contact them, I was told that I had to pay to get my car back, and it wasn't until I contacted the police that they agree on releasing my car without cost.
