The service here was above and beyond. My Lexus hybrid was sitting for 2 years. I didn't know what to do with it it wouldn't budge. I towed it to a friend who had trouble with it as well. He found Ace Hybrid Tech. When I say they kept me informed every step of the way you can take that to the bank. I thought it was going to be a month or more. In 4 days they told me they fixed the hybrid battery. But that there was another problem. My fuel pump. We got the part ordered and when it came in they installed it and just like that I had my car back. It needed a desperate oil change they even gave me the information of a shop they work with. They took my car asap. I never thought my car was going to be up and running. I really thought I was going to have to junk it. Thanks to Ace Hybrid Tech that was not the case.
