EXCELLENT LOCATION- MARYLAND STATE INSPECTION completed for my INFINITI QX55 LUXE purchased almost a month ago. Missed my 8:00a appointment with the dealership, called this location looking for a same day appointment, I was 5mins away from their site and they scheduled me right away. My car was processed IMMEDIATELY upon arrival!!!! Rep advised the inspection would take about an hour…they were so fast/efficient, the inspection was fully + successfully completed in half the time!! I received print outs of services completed, as well as results transmitted online in real done. All communication and updates were provided in real time as well, the customer service was BEYOND SUPERB. I had my two kids with me, TODDLER + pre-teen, we were able to wait in the waiting room and didn’t feel uncomfortable or unwanted, the space was clean, the team members were welcoming and inviting. I know I’ve found my go to location for all services they provide - oil changes to tire purchases/installation. This company will also go through your warranty for covered services and road side assistance is offered for a year when you get work done with them. The location was easily accessible; I’m super grateful they popped up in my search. This is not a paid promotion, they were really that GREAT.

I came in for a Maryland state inspection and had a great experience. The staff was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. There was no pressure, no attitude — just straightforward, respectful service. I initially had a small misunderstanding on my end about their affiliation with another company, and they handled it with total professionalism. The guys here were excellent, and I really appreciate how smooth and fair the whole process was. I’d absolutely come back and would recommend them without hesitation.

From Cumberland MD was coming through Frederick to get to Baltimore, needing to leave the next morning to make it back home for work. Popped my tire on a nasty pothole. Tom and his team legitimately are HEAVEN SENT!! I talked to 20 other tire places unable to help me out due to the size of my tire. Tom waited on me to find tires to fit my car, which is unheard of, shows genuine care. Obviously I wasn’t expecting this to happen so the state of my car was not for anyone else’s eyes, but the techs were so nice and made the whole situation feel light and not embarrassing at all. Charged me way less than I was expecting to pay, and was so personable in the store. Appreciative doesn’t begin to describe how I feel. Any service you need I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR TEAM.
