Terrible experience from start to finish. car had been parked for about 10 minutes. The tow driver rolled up, claimed it had been there "much longer," and immediately hooked it.<br><br>When I called the tow driver out for poaching the area, he actually got mad -- which pretty much confirmed that's exactly what he was doing.<br><br>Another important detail: the tow truck driver moved the vehicle in order to finish hooking it. This is not a standard towing procedure<br><br>To make it worse, they charged more than what the original email receipt stated. Between the attitude, the shady towing, and the surprise fees, the whole thing felt like a setup to squeeze as much money as possible out.<br><br>I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Completely unprofessional, overpriced, and zero integrity.<br><br>- response to them!<br><br>Their response avoids addressing the actual issues, like the sudden price increase and why the final charge didn’t match the emailed receipt.<br>• They claim they were “contracted to patrol,” yet the timing of the tow was so immediate that it raises serious questions about how they conduct these patrols.<br>- also mentioned he was not looking for anyone to tow, as he was on his way home to finish his shift , another lie<br><br>• Instead of explaining their process or the inconsistent billing, they shifted the conversation to things that had nothing to do with what happened.<br>• A reputable company would clearly explain the timeline, the reason for the higher charge, and why no attempt was made to communicate before towing. None of that was provided. Also when you call them out they write out a BS paper recipe for the extra money for now reason!!<br><br>Anyone reading their reply can see they sidestepped the main concerns and offered no transparency.<br><br>Tow truck driver tag is 20645TT<br>Avoid this company at all cost!!

First of all there is no extra parking in our townhouse development. We are seniors my husband is 84 heart failure and handicapped. Our granddaughter and friend dropped off food to us. Was there 13 mins.. proof on my ring. Left only to find car gone. The driver took it around the corner to tie it down. We saw him and beeped and flashed lights before he quickly jumped into the truck and went down the street and blew through the stop sign. I bet he makes less if he stopped..I got out but they followed him to his shop..He Charged 315 gave a email receipt for 215 which they had to go back in and get a written one .. why a difference? Hmm..my Dad always said some towtruck drivers have a license to steal. This driver was most likely poaching the Walkersville football game then decided to roam the townhome ct.. you cannot see the car from the road as he claimed that night.. AND you left the cars that were sitting past the no parking signs to the main entrance which has caused many accidents. Oh and he poached out here the next night also. Towed at least one car the next ct over . Beware of unreasonable fees!!! Il And no it's not a set price by the state as you claim .. happy holidays and enjoy your stolen money.

I just passed a Dorsey's tow truck hooking up a random car on West Patrick St. It was 4:15pm on a weekday and dude decided that rush hour was a perfect time to take up an entire lane of W. Patrick St...<br><br>Never been towed before, but i see these trucks and their signs all over Frederick. Their signs are extremely vague and say "authorized parking only" in tiny font instead of a bold NO PARKING. They are clearly a predatory business and I have personally been warned by a driver "I wouldn't park there, I have another truck sitting around the corner just waiting". **I will say that he acknowledged that I was a disabled veteran with handicap tags and allowed me to park in the spot for the 5 minutes that I needed**, but the unprovoked admission to poaching was pretty concerning.<br><br>I get that everyone is out here trying to earn a paycheck, but god damn, have some decency and use common sense when you're at work like the rest of us.<br><br>Edit: lol the nearly incoherent owner response is the cherry on top
