I was there on the morning of February 24th and I had a horrible experience. The tall skinny African American man sternly yelled at me, "Did you follow someone in!" He seemed really angry. I didn't know I did anything wrong. I glanced down at my dashboard and it read 8:56am. I don't appreciate this type of interaction. You need to learn how to greet people. I was a repeat customer, but I don't intend on coming back after how I was spoken to. I plan to let my community know.

So all summarize my ongoing experience of coming here: five stars for the convenience of dropping off household waste, yard waste, cardboard, etc. One star for customer service and employees enthusiasm. Seriously every single employee I’ve ever encountered at this place has got a chip on their shoulder with poor customer service. They only just recently started being open on Saturdays before it was something like Sunday through Wednesday, which was goofy. I think they should be open seven days a week but clearly good help is hard to find. That average’s to the three star review

Very quick and efficient. They took all our paint, chemicals, and e-waste for no charge. They do check that you are a resident of Elk Grove or Sacramento county.
