Nothing ruins a ho hum Thursday like heading out to work only to find your car with a flat tire in the driveway. I contacted my roadside assistance provider who dispatched Beluga Roadside Assistance to change my flat tire. Ruben was truly a lifesaver! He arrived quickly (seriously, within 15 minutes!!), was professional, efficient and kind! He wouldn’t even accept a tip and had me back in business in less than 10 minutes. I can’t say enough good things about the great service I received and would recommend this company to anyone. Hopefully I won’t need to, but if I find myself immobilized again Beluga Roadside Assistance will be my first call!! Thank you Ruben!

Reuben, the owner, was fantastic. He came quickly and got to work right away. My brother had such a bad flat that the tire came off and the spare was needed. Even though his spare was rusted to the underside of the truck Reuben quickly solved that problem and had the spare on in no time. The $80 was well worth the expertise and speed with which he solved the problem. I’ll be recommending him for all Erie roadside needs in the future . Called this gentleman at 12:30 am at night answered on the third ring. Asked a couple question said he be right out. Showed up fast and was quick to get the tire changed. He even went the extra mile and followed us around 20 miles to make sure we were good. Highly recommend!!
