Tyler and Chase were punctual, quick, efficient and very congenial. These two did such a great job and I cracked a smile several times during our interactions.<br>I wish I would have taken a before picture but there were large particle board cabinets all the along the side as well as two large defunct fridges on the back wall an extra large solid wood workbench and of course all of our broken down boxes after moving. They even swept the garage when they were done.<br><br>Pricing was explained well and definitely worth it to us. Would recommend and hire again. Thanks!! A+++!!

The service I received exceeded my expectations. From initial call to final item removed, everyone was friendly, respectful, and communicated well. Service was completed promptly and with great attention. My only complaint was that I had not called them for my earlier jobs.

I hired a junk removal service to perform a cleanout, but the job was marred by a heated dispute between workers. As the argument escalated, I intervened to restore order. I later apologized to the remaining workers, who concurred that Jon's behavior was unacceptable. Regrettably, the incident led to a reduced workforce, causing delays and increased inconvenience. I brought my concerns to the owner's attention, and he apologized, promising to make amends. Nevertheless, the resolution fell short of my expectations, as I was still required to pay the full price and leave a gratuity. Moreover, the workers broke a glass canning jar in the garage, which was left unattended for hours. I slipped in the mess and the glass stuck in my shoe. Although they eventually cleaned up the mess, I was not satisfied with the overall experience. Would I hire them again? No.<br>They also showed up with items in the trucks before they even stated. I took pictures of that as well. These items were in the truck as the pulled in.
