We were in quite a unique situation with our F150 completely locked up (would not shift gears at all) in an awkward, perpendicular position in the alley behind a furniture store. Arya with Quick Safe Towing arrived in less than 20 minutes, assessed the situation and, I must say, expertly managed to get this frozen truck out and safely on to his truck. He then took it to our trusted mechanic in Allen, put the truck in a well-lit, secure area and dropped off the keys in the overnight box for us because our other vehicle was loaded to brim with the furniture we had just picked up from the furniture store. 10 stars!!! This tow company is amazing and truly saved the day. Here from south florida and needed a tow ASAP and I’m not kidding, he showed up in minutes and even called me back at the house to say he was on his way to help my husband who was stranded. Such a nice guy too. Would recommend this company hands down, he could have really charge a lot but he was fair, more companies should be like this one. Thanks again.
