Everyone was friendly and very helpful! The ladies in the office were amazing, even went back out to look at brass i brought in to give me the best price. It was much appreciated as my kid helped to separate due to my decline in health. They have always taken great care of me and always been friendly. Thank you for always taking great care of me and always being fair. One company I'm going to miss dealing with as a business owner!

Only place in kc my company uses for scrap metal recycling. Always a great experience even when slammed with people. Never had an issue with pricing and the staff has been great as well. Walking each customer through the process and explaining what they have on their end.

I took some scrap metal here a few months ago, got weighed and paid. Then I took another load in a few days later, got weighed and then the manager brought my money to me, but there was actually some extra money that they gave me for a minor mistake they made from the previous load a few days earlier. That was really unexpected and greatly appreciated. I never go anywhere else now.
