I had to call today and cancel service due to my trash piling up and the trash truck hasn't ran in 2 weeks. The roads to my neighborhood are clean and clear and other trash services have picked up around me. So no excuse to why my trash hasn't been picked up. I assume no trash pick up again today and was told my can will be picked up the 13th of February. So if they can come grab my can why can't they get someone to take the trash? Makes no sense.

I have had multiple issues with reliability. Started around the time as the March ice storm. Understandable that trash was not picked up the week of the storm. But it was 6 missed pick ups in a row. The roads were not bad after the first week. They continued to start the roads were ice back then. After that they took a payment for service and canceled my pickups due to "someone calling and stating I had moved." Took 2 weeks to get my trash picked up after that. I have ended up with rats in my home that took months to rid myself of said rats. There has been multiple times since then that they have claimed the roads are to ice or impassable when they have been prefect with excellent weather. The only resolve they ever offer is we will send and email to the local office. We will have them send someone out within the next few days. Which doesn't happen. Currently last week there bad road conditions which trash service was suspended with a new pickup day being the next day. The roads had been cleared yet no pickup made. This weeks pickup we were told the roads are iced over and severe weather in our area. The temperature has been in the sixty the last 3 days with light rain. The roads are clear and the creeks are low. They are still refusing to pickup our trash. This is completely unacceptable, unsanitary, and disturbing. If there was another option in Wayne WV for trash pickup I would switch providers. Discussing and lazy is the situation and attitude I get when calling.

REPUBLIC SERVICES = NO SERVICES.<br>NO TRASH PICKUP FOR 2 WEEKS IN AN ELDERLY SUBDIVISION ISLAND ESTATES. AMAZING THAT US ELDERLY CAN DRIVE IN & OUT OF OUR SUBDIVISION EVEN TO CHARLESTON BUT A TRASH COMPANY CANNOT GET HERE FROM RIVER ROAD.<br>GIVE US A BREAK!!!<br>CHOOSE A TRASH COMPANY THAT SERVICES YOU BECAUSE ITS NOT REPUBLIC SERVICES!!!<br><br>16DAYS SINCE ISLAND ESTATES TRASH HAS BEEN PICKED UP. US ELDERLY ARE TRAVELING TO HUNTINGTON, CHARLESTON, HECK, I EVEN WENT TO BECKLEY TODAY BUT REPUBLIC SERVICES SAYS THEY CANNOT PICKUP TRASH…GO ELSEWHERE! LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKE…REPUBLIC DOESN’T SERVICE ITS CUSTOMERS!
