Brought my car in, battery troubles. Need an oil change as well. The dead battery caused an ECM engine light. Jay was upfront and honest regarding the work that needed to be done. So, battery, swapped, and oil change. Inspection due in a couple of months, Jay recommended tires since they’re on the cusp. Will have those replaced when I bring the car back beginning of March. The only issue I had and it’s not a big deal, I have a portable code reader. Tech didn’t clear the engine light. No biggie. When I got home, I plugged my reader into the ODB2 port and cleared it myself. Took some business cards to hand out. Would recommend friends and family to Firestone in West Babylon on Montauk Highway. Excellent service reasonable prices.

Made appointment online for inspection and oil change. Drop it off and get the invoice email stating inspection only so I call to verify that they understood I need oil change as well.<br>Get a call 4 hours later stating how they looked over my vehicle and they recommend this, that and the other couple of hundred dollars worth of bs. I asked why they looked over my vehicle when I specifically stated exactly what I needed done, mentioning oil and inspection for the 3rd time.<br>Get a call 10 minutes later... Go pick up and all they did was an inspection. Why did an inspection take all day and u couldn't even complete what I asked for 3 times!? Never again!

The personnel there are very helpful very patient very pleasant and Jay the manager is a delight to talk to. He explains everything to you and makes you feel very comfortable. I’ve had a bad experiences, going to other facilities for my car to be repaired and when I found Firestone in Babylon on Montauk Highway, I have never been more pleased. Any issues I have had they have fixed them immediately and if they could not fix it, they told me so and told me how to get it fixed, which I was very grateful for.
