Appreciated these ease of making an appointment, time spent waiting for my vehicle and most importantly I appreciate their honesty. Little back story, I had an oil change at the end of November at Walmart but they stripped and broke my oil cover so my car began leaking oil. Reached out to Walmart and they had to file a claim. So I called Chandler’s for a quote and appointment. I was sitting in the waiting room when I heard the technician come to ask his co-worker if I needed a new oil filter. The co-worker told him no that I recently had an oil change. Instead of just saying yes and adding a charge. Come to find out, the technician came back and said the filter was no good. So they asked me if I would like to replace it. I asked if the filter was no good because of the leak but he educated me that was not possible because of the location of the filter. They had also ordered a new oil pan for me prior to my appointment because Walmart said to just have them switch it out the oil pan. Instead of doing that, knowing it was a claim that would have cost Walmart over a thousand dollars because of how my oil pan is in my 2014 GMC Arcadia, they were able to extract the stripped screw and replace one part. Saving Walmart’s insurance claim a lot of money. It was a great experience and I know I will absolutely use them again.

My car died on the side of the road late Monday night. I called Chandler's and was connected with Maddox. He was a professional and responded extremely quick.
