Best battery jump experience of my life!! Tyler and Brooke were not intimidated by my challenging hybrid battery issue and persisted until the car started. My work van broke down on the hour drive home from an overnight job. I called AAA 3 times to try to get a tow. My wife had to get herself and our two special needs children into the car at 12 am to come and get me in 27 degree weather as I had no heat. We waited over an hour for AAA with no updates (the third time). We finally decided to leave the van - AAA said we had to be there to receive a tow. On our way back home after 2 am we got a call from Tyler at Real Mitchell’s. He was polite and caring even at 3 am! He met us at a gas station to get the van key and towed the van without us having to drive all the way back! He was there for us when no one else would take the job. Thank you Tyler for your professionalism 24 hours a day. You helped our family more than you will ever know!
