I got stuck in a messy situation with my truck when I was visiting Arlington. A fried battery have us all convinced that the starter was the issue. Having it towed to Arlington auto care, the team there was very quick and thorough and honest. Getting to work on my car a day earlier than thought, Doing a step-by-step diagnostic to find where the issue was, And most importantly, holding back on work that I had already approved, once they deemed it was not necessary. Saving me $1000. Huge shout out to Kevin working the front desk. He is extremely polite and accommodating. And another shout out to the technician in the back, Prince. He had the Patience and experience to double and triple check all of the issues so that we knew I had a sound truck to get back to Charleston,South Carolina.

Had a very good experience here. I have an older Chevy suburban with 260k miles. I have been getting the cheapest work done to keep it going until I came here. Yes, it was a little more than I planned to spend but my truck is running better than it has in years! Excellent work and I will definitely be going to back for any future issues. Everyone is also very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been going here for the last 7 years and happy to recommend to friends and family. They always tell me what I need and when it’s best to come in. I’m never pressured to additional services. They also have one of the best availabilities I’ve seen in the area and it’s very easy to go before or after work and on weekends. Additionally the prices are better compared to other places. Especially for oil changes.
