I needed to get my inspection sticker done and I not only got that taken care of, but I found my new mechanic shop. The professionalism, wealth of experience, dedication to customer satisfaction, and fair pricing are all AMAZING! Not only is Frazier Automotive Services in a convenient location for me, but Amber and Jon were absolutely fantastic! I called yesterday and Amber was very courteous and professional on the phone when I had asked about getting there for an inspection. When I arrived for my inspection and spoke with Amber in person, I knew right away that I made the right choice because she is a very down to earth type of business owner who actually cares about customers and the quality of work that is done there. Next, Jon performed the inspection and he showed me a couple things on my vehicle that I should get done in the near future while explaining the reasons why. It was immediately evident to me that he is a top performer; not only from how long he has been a mechanic for but also how much he cares to educate customers in such an easy to understand, polite, and professional manner. You don't have to take my word for it, try them out yourself and you will see how awesome this place is.
