Asked for a service at home. Was told they do provide this service. I called since early this morning and was told someone would come by. I sent my address and asked what the ETA might be, no response. hours later, still no response. I tried calling them back, no answer. I finally just decided to cancel my request for them to come. Since he did not answer my call, I texted him to let him know I wanted to cancel. After not answering my calls or texts all day, to this message he did almost immediately reply. His response was, "thanks for letting us know". No apology, no attempt to rectify the situation. I can understand if they are busy, just let a person know, and not have someone waiting all day with no idea of when they will be showing up on my only day off this week. I would've been willing to work with them to re-schedule for another day. Very dissatisfied. And I was very hesitant to contact them because of the bad reviews but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. My mistake.

To be honest, it was a bit expensive for me, but the price included your trip to the store for the necessary parts. The most important thing is that you did the job quickly and with good quality. Three hours after the rollers and belt broke, I was back on the road. I’m very satisfied with your service

Beware! I called him at night and he told me that he would be here at 8 am, he got here at 1 pm. He said that it was my starter and took my car, he said that everything including repairs would cost me $335 so I said okay and he told me to cash app his wife the money. He took my car and stalled for 5 hours! He wouldn’t answer my calls and when he finally decided to answer my calls he kept telling me that my car was almost done. He told me before that the shop closed at 6 pm so I was stressed over the fact that it was already 6 . He called after 6 pm and told me that my car wouldn’t turn on and that the motor was not working anymore, my motor was completely fine before he took my car! I asked him if I could just get my car towed back to my place and he said that it would be $65-$67 PLUS $300 because of the REPAIRS he did… All he did was take my car and mess up my motor. He told me that if he were to bring my car it would have to be tomorrow at 10 am but I couldn’t trust his word any longer and decided to see his reviews just to find out that he had horrible reviews! I wanted to go see if I could have someone else tow it to my house so I had my family drive me to the shop and when we got there he was still there even though it was well after 6pm and told me that he wouldn’t turn my car on even though I just wanted to see if it really wouldn’t turn on, he made excuses on why he couldn’t, the cops had to get involved and he DEMANDED $300 before I took my car out of his property. He is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and unhelpful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MORALES MOBILE REPAIR!!
