I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experiences with Allums Auto Shop, where I’ve been a loyal customer for over six years. During this time, I’ve entrusted them with multiple vehicles, including my Jetta, Maserati, and Mercedes, and I have always been thoroughly satisfied with their service.<br><br>From my experience, Allums has consistently delivered top-quality work at fair and reasonable prices. Not once have I had to return my car after a service, as they always get it right the first time. It’s rare to find such honest and reliable service these days, especially with the concerns many people have about auto shops taking advantage of customers, particularly women.<br><br>In addition to my own positive experiences, I’ve referred three family members and two friends to Allums, and all of them have been equally happy with the service they received. Their professionalism and integrity have earned my trust, and I continue to rely on them for all my automotive needs.<br><br>I’m not sure where some of the negative reviews are coming from, but based on my personal experience, I have never encountered any dishonesty or unfair practices from Allums. Brought in my car in to have the hybrid ac compressor replaced. I was told the compressor part had been ordered. When I picked up my car they had refilled the ac, ordered the wrong part, told me there was a leak in the system (even though they did not visually locate one) they refilled the ac system anyways, doesn't make sense. Was charged 214$ for a "diagnosis". Week later my ac compressor has gone completely out. Thanks Bruce
