I had a horrible experience this last Monday morning regarding a waste management dumpster truck. As it was driving eastbound on ulmerton I was taking my mother from a doctor's appointment and debris that was loaded above the dumpster with a tarp over it was falling off the back and smashed into my car smashed my windshield did some damage to the front and then after they pulled over they wanted to stand there and refused that the debris that was in their truck actually fell out and hit my car and destroyed parts of it. Their insurance agent called once and after calling them several times each day I'm still not getting any satisfaction or word back from them it's like they're just going to let it go and force me to deal with the damages myself. This is a horrible way to do business especially when it's dangerous on the road, if my mother had been driving she would have wrecked the car and would they have claimed any fault? To this day I'm still trying to wait on hearing back what's going to happen, I hate to have to hire a lawyer to go after them but it looks like that may be the case

I was a first time visitor. It is well layed out, with very clear directions on what to do to drop off solid waist, and what can't be dropped off. All staff your very helpful and friendly. One employee came up to me at the dump site and helped me unload without me asking for help. The charge fir dumping was reasonable. Great experience. Their website has more info.
