Company Truck was driving reckless today on highway 50 in Clermont (around 9am). Looked like he and another driver were both getting into a heated road rage. He cut off several vehicles in addition to the vehicle that he appeared to be in a feud with. Not a good look for your company! Very unprofessional, not to mention dangerous!

Their (normal) oil recovery guy, not that smart, so give him a break, at least he’s nice IF you know your equipment and DONT need him to think or use common sense to serve you, because if you do, he’s going to raise his voice and blame you (the customer), for instance, if you have a dual tank and your not aware, he’s NOT going to see that other inlet at the top there, even though it’s right there. He’s going to see the one and if it’s empty on that side, he’s out! Even though you’ve shown him the gauge proving there’s still waste oil present.

Worst experience with pick-up!<br>I used there competitors for the last few years and was happy with them, They always called me and wanted my business back, after agreeing on the phone they could not deliver! I called for a used oil pick-up twice - yes you on our pick up schedule - no one ever showed up. 2 weeks later after my oil tank almost over flooded I switched back to the their competitor.
