In Murphy TX. We had a big ice storm and there was no pickup for a week. Understandable. We were told they would be doing bulk pickup the week after to catch up. So the following week we had double the usual amount of trash and recycle that didn’t exactly fit in the bins so we piled it next to the bins. They emptied the bins and left the pile on my front lawn. It’s still there today. They’re lucky there’s not many competitors that actually do a good job… yet.

They missed our trash on Saturday morning after the snow storm and I called and told them I would be willing to schedule and pay for a bulk pick up bc we need our trash picked up and they said, “NO, We can’t do that for you.” I have lived here for 16 years and in the past it was never an issue to schedule and pay for an extra pick up. This company has gone way down hill.

Took a tour of the facility (they do them on Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:30 and 2:30). The guides were nice and it was quite informative, though I would have liked more technical details.
