I am writing this on behalf of my mother and uncle, whose first language is Spanish. They came into this O’Reilly’s needing oil filters and were treated horribly by an employee named Zia. He was impatient, rude, and completely disrespectful toward them just because they struggled to speak English fluently. Instead of trying to assist or show even a little kindness, he acted irritated and dismissive.<br><br>No customer—especially someone trying their best to communicate—should ever be made to feel small or embarrassed for not speaking perfect English. It was truly disgusting and unacceptable behavior.<br><br>Thankfully, a kind woman employee stepped in to help and treated my family with the respect and patience that every customer deserves. She was professional and compassionate, which made the situation a little better.<br><br>Zia’s attitude was awful and completely unexpected — especially from someone who should understand how important respect and patience are when serving a diverse community. He should not be working with the public if he cannot treat people with basic decency. My mother and uncle left feeling humiliated, and no one should ever be made to feel that way. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures this never happens to another customer again.

The female(?) working there was very rude to me but less rude to the people in line who had the same skin tone as them. Finally got the help I needed from a guy who was helping multiple people in and outside of the store.
