Absolutely unacceptable. Oscar, the manager, was openly hostile, arrogant, and dismissive to the point of being offensive. He showed zero interest in helping, barely listened, and spoke to me like I was wasting his time. This wasn’t poor service — it was outright disrespect. His attitude poisoned the entire interaction and made it clear he has no business managing customers or employees. I walked out frustrated, angry, and shocked that this behavior is tolerated. If corporate cares at all about reputation or customer retention, this needs immediate attention.

Very bad service as soon I as entered the store heard two girls laughing in the back one of them was asked to clean oil that was spilled she had highlights I believe her name was Tamara and the other one was Diana they have poor language causing in the store and in front of children she responded with she wasn’t going todo it as a ccr ,I would never speak to my manager that way just had a nasty attitude
