Dropping a quick review to give much credit and appreciation to Alan as well as the rest of the helpful staff at this store.<br><br>Went in after someone stole our windshield wipers on a car we are borrowing from family and had no clue on how to change the wipers.<br><br>Alan was more than professional and efficient but also took the time to teach us.<br><br>This store truly is one to consider going to when you need that extra level of care especially if you're looking to learn as you fix or maintain your car.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my recent visit to this O’Reilly’s was frustrating enough that I felt it was worth sharing. From the moment I walked in, it felt like the employees just didn’t want to be there. No greeting, no acknowledgment, and definitely no sense of urgency or interest in helping customers.<br><br>When I asked for assistance, the staff seemed distracted and unmotivated, almost like I was interrupting them. Instead of offering guidance or trying to understand what I needed, they gave short, unhelpful answers and made no effort to actually investigate the issue or look anything up. The whole interaction felt rushed and indifferent.<br><br>Overall, the lack of customer service made the experience unpleasant and unprofessional. I left without getting the help I came for, and it honestly felt like my business wasn’t valued at all. I hope management addresses this, because customer service should never feel like a burden to the employees.<br><br>Went to Autozone instead and got the help I needed
