This place is the most horrific place I have ever been to. The lady opened the gate we drove in then she said we had to park outside the gates we weren’t allowed to drive in what the h<br>The I had to sign a release. Didn’t get a copy of what I signed so the can ad whatever they want to it my car was not even there twenty four hours and the cleaned and stripped my husbands truck down. No telling what they stole. Took off the tags. The bed cover was rolled back. I asked why they stripped it she said it was like that when they got it lied lied I was angry she said I would have to drive it outside to fix anything and put tag on it what a butch she was I have never seen anyplace that treats people so badly. Only because they can and not a dam thing you can do about it. They stole what they could and put everything even my glasses in a large bad and now my glasses are ruined. Another day. Is all I can say

THE DAMAGED THE FRONT OF MY CAR AN GOT MY BUMPER LOOSE...NOT ONLY THAT THEY GOT MY MEDICATIONS OUT MY GLOVE DEPARTMENT....WHY IN THE HELL WOULD THEY EVEN TOW A FRONT WHEEL DRIVE FROM THE BACK.....YALL WILL PAY FOR THIS...

They want u to pay what u need to get your car back but after u pay u may not get your car back for a few days...as they claim it's by appointment only....no one cares to help u. Spoke to manager they all are rude!! So I went four days without my car because they had no appointment available they claim. Smh. It's ridiculous like we have lives too!!
