Very deceptive company . After working many with tow companies over the last 30 years for various jobs it will go without saying this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They lie about their rates first they offered me a recovery rate of $225 an hour and then once they get it out, they want to charge $250 an hour. When I confronted Evan about that, He said oh did I say 225 an hour?<br>They left their big truck in the roadway until I paid them on the spot, without moving it out of the roadway, causing a serious traffic hazard on a blind curve. I asked him for the sake of traffic safety , the large truck , was parked facing the wrong way on a blind curve, potential to cause a serious or fatal accident if they would pull over and let me pay them, they refused.<br>Extremely unprofessional service, lied about the time it took them to get to the scene of the recovery. I myself drove from their shop in less than 30 minutes. They claimed it was 45 minutes either way.<br>Very apparently all they care about is money regardless of public safety. It was all about money to them and refuse to move the large wrecker before getting paid.<br>Be very cautious to the point I’ve ever using these guys, crooked business!
