I have had a bad expecting when trying to purchase a vehicle in the past but at this dealership everything went smooth. I basically did mostly everything online or by phone call. Ali was helping me with getting best interest rate that works for me and would called me if any changes. Process was so easy honestly. I just went to dealership to pick up the card and went to financial which the gentleman who helped me there was super professional and outgoing. Never felt pressure of buying the car right away. Jacob was also so nice and helpful. Most of them greet you with a smile, good environment. This is my very first purchase and I’m happy how fast and comfortable the process was.

I couldn’t have been happier with my experience here. I saved up $15k to put down on my first brand new pickup. I was very picky with what I wanted and how I wanted it. Angel Olivares was my sales guy and he got me exactly what I wanted and where I wanted to be payment wise. No BS, gave me his best solid advice, and got everything done for me to the best of his ability. He was a pleasure to work with. Same with Virgil Owens over in finance. He was a blessing and got us all situated wonderfully! Everybody we met with here was extremely friendly and just pleasant to chat with in general. For a full day at a dealership (we were chatting it up. these guys are pretty efficient), it felt like it was just an hour or two. Not a single boring moment with these guys. And I finally got a new truck! I named him Owen and hung up the Angel necklace I’ve carried with me since I got my license. I thank y’all every day for making such a stressful process a complete breeze!

Overall the purchase went ok. Izabella was a pleasure to work with and so was Drew. But, early on Nick stepped in and set the tone. He was quick to say they wanted to sell the truck by noon as it was the last day of the month. I let him know that I was looking at other dealers and getting prices. I was out of state so I was looking at the same truck and comparing prices. The Propack and family guarantee are things he pushed hard. I didn’t want them and didn’t want to pay extra for them. Nick proceeded to push and tell me that’s how their sales people get paid and that I didn’t care about that. I didn’t want to pay thousands for something I don’t want. There was also lack of clarity about the Ford loyalty cash I had available and the rebate that was offered. The rebate came up when I was getting my final numbers and financing. I was told they’d give me the rebate even though I was financing through Ford for the rate. That’s wasn’t the case. After that, dealing with Izabella and Drew went fine. She was nice and considerate when I arrived. The women I met when I got there and told who I was looking for was unenthusiastic to greet me and let Izabella know I was there. There are nice people at the dealership. Stick with them and avoid them BS and back and forth. Would I shop here again? Yes but not going through that nonsense again.
